FAQ’S
SHIPPING:-
1. When will my order be shipped?
We ship from Monday to Saturday excluding holidays. It usually takes about 24 to 48 hours to ship your order.
If your order was placed after 1 pm, it will be shipped on the next business day. If the order was placed on Saturday, it will be shipped on Monday.
2. How long does it take to deliver the order?
Shipping time depends on the state that you have ordered from.
In general, it takes 2 to 3 business days to deliver the order.
Please note that the Estimated Delivery Time Frame is not guaranteed as it depends on the service of the logistics provider.
3. What shipping services do you use?
We use Bluedart, Delhivery and FedEx for order delivery and reverse pick up.
4. How much does shipping cost?
Free standard shipping is available for all orders.
5. Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally yet.
6. I still haven’t received my order, what should I do?
Please drop us an email to info@graceessentials.in and we will expedite your order.
7. My order has been returned to the sender, what should I do?
We will contact you once we receive your returned parcel.
You can also contact us once you see such information on the tracking system and we will try our best to assist you with the issue and have the product reshipped to you as soon as possible.
ORDER DETAILS:-
1. I don’t have my tracking ID yet.
We send tracking information via email as soon your order is shipped. If you haven't received it yet, we might still be processing your order (which takes 1-2 business days). Otherwise, take a look in your junk folder.
2. I want to change my billing information.
Kindly email your correct information to info@graceessentials.in and we will update it for you.
3. I’d like to cancel my order.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet then kindly send us an email to support@oneodio.in so we can cancel the order for you and provide you with the refund!
In case the order has already been shipped, kindly wait till you receive the order. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and we will arrange for the reverse pick up and the refund.
4. I’d like to know the status of my order
The tracking ID will be sent to your email once the order is shipped. Alternatively you can go to the track my order tab on our website and put in your order details to track your order.
5. My tracking ID is invalid.
The tracking ID gets activated only after 7pm on the shipping date. Request you to wait and check again later.
6. I have received the wrong order.
Kindly email us to info@gracessentials.in with the order number and photos of what you have received so we can replace it for you.
USER INFORMATION :-
1. I want to delete my account.
Kindly email us to info@gracessentials.in with you full name and email ID and we will do it for you.
2. I want to change my user details.
Kindly email us to info@gracessentials.in with you current details as well as the new details and we will update it for you!
General Questions :-
1. Will I be charged any Import duties?
No, the MRP is inclusive all taxes and duties.
2. I forgot to use my discount code, can you help?
Please contact us with your order number and the discount code you were going to use. We will look into it and revert in 24 hours.
3. Your website does not work. Can you help?
We are sorry you are experiencing this issue with our website. We might not be aware when our IT monkeys break something. Here are a few things you can do: clear all the cookies, switch to a different browser, try a different device (computer / mobile / tablet) or try again later.
If the issue continues, please contact our support team mentioning the following:
- The device you are using and Operating System (Ex: iPhone 6s - iOS 9.2)
- The browser version (Ex: Chrome 51.0.2704.103 (64-bit))
- Any error message or bug you are seeing on the screen. The best would be to provide a screenshot.
We will try our best to fix any issues as soon as we can.
